Stockport Sports Trust was established on 1st April 2002 and is a not for profit social enterprise company and a registered charity. In simple terms, we promise that every penny we make will be invested back into our local communities to make them a better place to live.

We seek at all times to provide a best value service in all areas of the Borough. We are especially focussed in promoting our facilities to families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds and this is reflected in our new mission statement.

We operate and run a very wide mix of sports and leisure facilities across Stockport which range from small community recreation centres to large multi-use state of the art leisure centres. We operate both a social inclusive approach to ensure equality of opportunity for all sectors of our local communities and we openly value diversity in order that everyone may enjoy the benefits of participating in sports and leisure activities.
